Bio

Driven by a profound passion for storytelling through movement and dynamism, I find my inspiration in the authenticity of gazes and the art of composition. My work serves as a window into my universe, rich with intricate details, diverse personalities, and evocative emotions. Through my lens, I explore themes of nostalgia, femininity, and vulnerability, seeking to capture the essence of the human experience.

Selected Work

Photography has been a lifelong passion for me. I took my first of many film photography courses at age 14, and I have had a camera with me for all of the 15 years that have passed since then. I have experimented with various forms, and I remain convinced that portraits and natural light are where I excel the most.

Inés's passion doesn't fade with the passage of time. Water has always given her vitality, and it continues to do so now. In play, she finds confidence and lightness. Diving, floating, swimming, and playing connect her with her body, health, healing, motherhood, air, and earth. It connects her with the deepest part of herself.

The metamorphosis pierces me chaotically. I allow the urge, the desire for transformation to scatter. Change occurs on the surface, but the deepest parts remain untouched, rooted.

Meanwhile, I feel light, I let myself flow. I dream of circumstances in everyday life that would facilitate being as I desire. I postpone and excuse myself in that fantasy, convincing myself of a unique method that I turn to again and again, knowing it doesn't yield results.

Carl Jung says that to enlighten oneself, one must make the darkness conscious. To incorporate the shadow, to traverse it and integrate it in order to coexist with it. To be able to be who I am without my ego repressing me.

I wonder what my shadow is. I distinguish symptoms but not the source. I feel it dense and with a life of its own. I would like to let it out.

Video & Film

While studying for my degree in cinematography, I mostly worked as a 1st Camera AD. I learned a great deal about focusing on detail, how helpful being organized can be, and the benefits of good teamwork. Later, I transitioned to production and freelance video editing, primarily working on reception wedding videos and social media, always offering my unique style while honouring the client’s vision and desire.
